\r\n\r\nPizza spatula, incredibly solid and rigid, perfect for easily sliding under dough balls and lifting them. The plastic material also makes it shockproof, with no risk from accidental drops; scratch-resistant, if used to scrape pizza boxes it will not mark or scratch them, keeping them always intact without annoying ridges that could eventually ruin even the dough balls. The blade surface is smooth to facilitate sliding and reduce friction with the dough.
\r\n\r\nMoulded in a single block, the blade is joined to the handle through a very sturdy cylindrical base to prevent breakage, from which ribs run along the triangular section. In terms of strength, this spatula has nothing to envy compared to the same steel model by Gi.Metal.
\r\n\r\nThe special polymer used for the spatula is also heat resistant; if left near a hotplate or in the oven, it can withstand up to 200°C.
\r\n\r\nThe handle is ergonomic for improved grip and has a hole so you can hang it up and store it without wasting space.
