Stainless steel pizza spatula with polymer handle, size 10x24.5 cm.

Pizza spatula with a very flexible spring stainless steel blade, perfect for cutting dough and easily sliding under dough balls to lift them. The blade is firmly attached along the entire length of the handle, perfectly counterbalancing the extreme flexibility of this spatula. The blade also features an elegant brushed finish in the style of the Stella baking peel, typical of Zio Pepe's attention to detail. The steel blade makes cleaning very easy; this product is dishwasher safe.

Ergonomic handle in heat-resistant polymer, knurled for improved grip; the section near the blade is widened to prevent hand injuries. The end has a large hole so you can hang it up and store it quickly without wasting space.
