\r\n\r\nWith these rings you can bake with the utmost precision: layered or filled cakes, sponge cakes and semifreddos. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with maximum precision in the shape and 3-point welded closure to ensure sturdiness. Ring thickness 10/10, durable and reusable countless times.
\r\n\r\nThey consist of 3 parts: two externally interlocking bottoms and a central ring. Their distinctive feature is the ability to contain even particularly liquid batters without the risk of leakage from the bottom of the mould. Furthermore, the closed design allows the rising of the product to be contained during baking, achieving a perfect shape without the need to trim later with knives or similar tools.
\r\n\r\nIdeal for use in the oven or blast chiller, easy to clean and requiring no special maintenance. Dishwasher safe.
