Made of stainless steel, a material that guarantees longevity, resistance to wear from use and heat when fixed to an oven wall, and ease of cleaning.

The bracket is distinguished by its "U"-shaped hooks firmly joined to the horizontal bar by two stainless steel rivets at each position. Each "U" is slightly tilted upward and ends with a nearly 90° bend that prevents the peels from slipping off the bracket. In addition, each hook has ribs designed to stiffen the part even when loaded with particularly heavy peels.

The horizontal mounting bar has 4 holes to be used for wall mounting with small-diameter wall plugs (not included in the package). It is not necessary to use all holes for mounting; it is at your discretion to decide the number of anchor points.

How to position the peels on the bracket. It is important to understand how to position the peels on this very useful tool. The loading peels should be placed between the "U" hooks; in fact, between one hook and the other you will find folds designed to accommodate the handle of the Lilly loading peel. The turning peels or brushes, instead, must be inserted inside the hooks. It is then your choice whether to hook the tools with the head facing up or down, using the end piece as a locking system.
