Professional Boccone bread stamp. Three models available: 4 squares of 8.5x8.5 cm, 6 squares of 8.5x12.5 cm, and 12 squares of 12.5x16.5 cm, ideal for scoring the dough to obtain the desired number of portions. Each square measures 4x4x3(h.) cm.
\r\n\r\nThis stamp is made up of two components: a comfortable and sturdy handle welded to a stainless steel plate, and the actual grid pattern made of food-grade plastic. The two parts are joined by steel screws, making the stamp a single solid body that withstands even very frequent use. The grid section has a height of 3 cm to allow you to score the dough deeply, and is designed to perform this operation easily and precisely. Each square is either open-bottomed or has a hole to prevent the formation of air bubbles, which could compromise the perfect grid pattern of this delicious bread.
