Stainless steel pizza spatula with polymer handle, size 10x24 cm.

Pizza spatula with a very rigid stainless steel blade, perfect for cutting dough and easily sliding under dough balls to lift them. The blade has two distinctive features: the angled (not straight) leading edge allows use even in a lateral position while maintaining full surface contact, and the particularly sharp edge facilitates both cutting and scraping. The steel blade is also very easy to clean.

Ergonomic handle in heat-resistant polymer to improve grip on one hand, and on the other to allow the handle to withstand up to 200°C so it will not deform even if you forget the spatula near a hotplate or oven. The end has a hole so you can hang it up and store it without wasting space.
