Rigato bread stamp, built entirely of stainless steel. Available in two sizes, 10x8 and 10x15 cm, ideal for scoring the dough, which once baked will take on the typical shape of this Italian bread.
\r\n\r\nThis stamp features a comfortable and sturdy handle welded to the front, practically perfect to last over time, even with frequent use. The stamp itself has a height of 2 cm to allow you to score the dough deeply, an operation further facilitated by the strength and thin profile of the steel, which penetrates the dough without any problem.
\r\n\r\nAn important feature is the construction of the blade pattern: the parallel blades are welded in pairs, with each blade forming part of a U-shape that includes two blades. This design allows the pattern to be welded to the main plate in an extremely stable and resistant manner.
