Constructed entirely in stainless steel with double removable 18/10 stainless steel moulded basin, controls and heating element block to allow easy cleaning. Double lid with 2 filters, grease and active carbon. Quick and easy to use thanks to the convenient independent control panel for each tank composed of a thermostat for adjusting the cooking temperature from 60°C to 190°C, a switch and a double indicator light.

 

This electric deep fryer is equipped with a cold zone on the bottom where the frying residues are deposited, so they do not burn, leaving the oil clean longer and preventing unpleasant odours. Armoured stainless steel heating elements with low specific surface load that guarantees a longer life of the heating elements and better heating of the cooking oil.
