It can be used for peeling and trimming vegetables, but also for scoring sugar paste, cutting piping bags to size, scoring vanilla etc. An indispensable little tool in every kitchen.

This part is forged from a single piece that continues inside the handle along its entire length and securely attached by three rivets to the handle itself.
