Pizza cutter wheel, available with blade in two diameters, 9 and 11 cm. Lightweight and reliable.
\r\n\r\nBlade made of 18/10 stainless steel, featuring on the inner side a special corrugated finish designed to ensure non-stick performance and prevent dough or ingredients from sticking during cutting. On the outer side, along the entire circumference, there is a very sharp smooth band that allows precise and easy cutting.
\r\n\r\nThe blade attachment arm, also made of 18/10 stainless steel, has a curved shape to facilitate the cutting operation and ends with a large rivet that on one side supports the cutting pressure and on the other holds the blade in place. This part is firmly grafted to the handle to form a structurally very solid single body.
\r\n\r\nStraight polypropylene handle with ergonomic and safety-oriented shape, featuring a double hand-guard thickening near the blade. This part also has a hole to allow you to hang the pizza cutter wheel after use.
\r\n\r\nAll materials are suitable for food contact.
