Non-stick aluminium baking trays, inner dimensions 32x24x6(h.) cm, outer dimensions 37x26x6(h.) cm, by Vespa. Dimensions suitable for home ovens.
\r\n\r\nAluminium guarantees excellent heat transmission and lightness. This material heats up very quickly and consequently transmits heat to the product rapidly and evenly. In addition, the low weight makes them very easy to handle, and the construction can use thicker sheet metal than other materials such as aluminised steel or stainless steel.
\r\n\r\nThe non-stick coating prevents products from sticking, although it is recommended to grease the surface with a spoonful of oil, butter or margarine before use, and not to overheat the empty tray.
\r\n\r\nThese trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products.
\r\n\r\nThe edges of the tray are at 90° and pressed, with rounded corners and a top rim that gives the tray greater rigidity.
\r\n\r\nBeing made of aluminium, they do not require seasoning and are not affected by contact with water. They can be washed in the dishwasher.
\r\n\r\nNot suitable for microwave ovens.
\r\n\r\nAs these are materials intended for contact with food products, they must be cleaned after each use and stored in hygienically suitable conditions.
