Full Michetta bread stamp with hole, professional, built entirely of cast aluminium suitable for food contact, crafted using artisanal methods. Diameter 10.5 cm, ideal for pressing the dough to obtain, once baked, the typical shape of this delicious Italian bread with the central button.

This stamp features a comfortable and sturdy, well-polished handle secured to the ring by two riveted aluminium stops that form a single body. This gives extreme robustness to a tool that withstands frequent use without issue. The stamp itself has a height of 2.5 cm to allow you to deeply score the dough, and is designed to perform this operation easily and precisely. The central button is open to prevent the formation of air bubbles, which could compromise the typical michetta (rosetta) design.
