Microperforated stainless steel tart rings designed to achieve a perfect shortcrust pastry, available diameters from 7 to 26 cm, edge height 2 cm.
\r\n\r\nThese sturdy and extremely useful rings, thanks to their perforations, ensure even baking and support the edges of the tart, preventing collapse. The microperforation facilitates the evaporation of moisture during baking. It also allows the hot air from the oven to reach the product directly, ensuring better, faster and more uniform baking.
\r\n\r\nA distinctive feature of these rings is the rim, which increases the sturdiness of the mould and provides a rounded surface that is easier to work the edge on.
\r\n\r\nThe shortcrust pastry shrinks during baking, making it easier to remove the product.
\r\n\r\nSome useful tips for using these fantastic rings:
\r\n\r\nPrepare the shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, then roll it out to a thickness of 2.5 mm and place it in the freezer for at least one hour.
\r\n\r\nCut out the pastry with the ring, butter the mould and create strips to line the edges.
\r\n\r\nPlace the pastry inside the ring, press it firmly against the edges and trim if necessary.
\r\n\r\nBake at 165°C in a fan oven.
