Small professional or household slicer model TOPAZ, compact dimensions but great cutting capacity.

This fantastic slicer has a flat base for easy cleaning, made of cast anodised aluminium alloy.

Silent and robust asynchronous motor with transmission via a sturdy polyV belt. Forged and hardened thick blade, 27.5 cm diameter. Carriage sliding on self-lubricating bushes. Built-in sharpener with double grinding stones as standard. Blade inclined at 25°.

Ideal machine for slicing cooked ham, salami, vegetables and cooked meat. Also usable (but not ideal) for bread, cheese, boneless cured ham, fresh meat and fish.
