Countertop apple peeler with screw clamp, size 31x20x5 cm. A very reliable tool for peeling, slicing and removing the core in one motion.
\r\n\r\nCountertop apple peeler with the body made of a single block of painted cast iron, extremely sturdy, not afraid of intensive use. The fixing screw is made of steel and allows the tool to be very firmly attached to the workbench. A rubber pad has been inserted in the smooth area of the apple peeler in contact with the table as an additional guarantee to prevent unwanted slipping. Maximum screw opening 4 cm.
\r\n\r\nThe peeling blade is mounted on a cast iron support that adapts well to the different sizes an apple can have thanks to a series of springs. The pressure it exerts on the fruit can be easily adjusted by screwing or unscrewing the screw that tightens the adjusting spring at the base of the support.
\r\n\r\nWorm screw and spikes for securing the apple made of steel. Steel is renowned for its wear resistance and ease of cleaning. This entire section is easily disassembled for cleaning.
\r\n\r\nThe corer, i.e. the ring located at the front of the apple peeler, is adjustable by unscrewing the wing nut at the base. In fact, all the hardware is adjustable according to the size of the fruit, making this tool truly versatile.
