Professional hexagonal bread mould, made entirely of plastic suitable for food contact. Dimensions 14x10cm, ideal for engraving the dough and get once cooked the typical hexagonal shape.
This moldè equipped with a comfortable and sturdy handle fixed with two steel screws to the front to prevent it can break easily after a prolonged use. The grid part of the mold has a height of 2cm to allow you to significantly engrave the dough, and is made in such a way as to be able to perform this operation easily and accurately. Each hexagon has a hole on the bottom, so as to avoid the formation of uncomfortable air bubbles, which could ruin the perfect hexagonal texture of this famous Italian bread.
