Mp 350 combi ultra by Robot Coupe, the immersion blender even more effective and ergonomic, complete with whisk for emulsifying, mixing, breaking up, beating and kneading.Special for intensive use, suitable for large-scale catering and delicatessens. This mixer can blend, mix and emulsify up to 50l of preparation in no time. Optimal mixing quality and an extremely fine finished product in no time.
Motor reinforced by 20% for an even more effective machine, housed in a stainless steel block to increase its protection and durability. Blender also equipped with large side grills to cool the machine even during prolonged use.
All-stainless steel shaft, bell and knife, the latter two parts removable for cleaning and simplified maintenance, a unique system in the market patented by Robot Coupe. Whisk housing, gears and flanges made of metal to maximize strength and allow this accessory to withstand considerable stress. Quick attachment of the whisks on the base and the base on the motor block for easy assembly/disassembly. Coated whisks to ensure perfect hygiene.
Variable and self-adjusting speed for elaborate preparations and a homogeneous result, in fact with the self-adjustment system the blender also varies the number of revolutions according to the consistency of the product we are processing. This feature protects the motor and all mechanical parts without affecting the quality of processing. The speed variator is easily accessible and precise.
