Cmp 300 v.v. by Robot Coupe, the compact, handy, high-performance immersion blender. Ideal for catering. This mixer can blend, mix and homogenize up to 30 l of preparation in no time. Optimal mixing quality and an extremely fine finished product in no time.
Motor reinforced by 15% for an increasingly effective machine, housed in a stainless steel block to increase its protection and durability. Machine also equipped with large side grills to cool the machine even during prolonged use.
All-stainless steel shaft, bell and blade, the latter two parts removable for cleaning and simplified maintenance, a unique system in the market patented by Robot Coupe.
Variable and self-adjusting speed for elaborate preparations and a homogeneous result, in fact with the self-adjustment system the blender also varies the number of revolutions according to the consistency of the product we are processing. This expedient safeguards the motor and all mechanical parts without affecting the quality of processing. The speed variator is easily accessible and precise.
New ergonomic handle for ease of use. Motor locking pin that allows it to be used either as a rest point or as a pivot on the edge of a pot to increase its maneuverability and ease of use. New power cord coiling system for easier storage and optimized durability. Stainless steel wall bracket included.
New patented "EasyPlug" system for easy power cord replacement in case of service intervention. Mains voltage indicator light: quick detection in case of power cord failure.
