\r\n\r\nOven peel made of galvanized iron with a rod structure. Since iron is a very heavy material, this type of construction was necessary: on the one hand it lightens the weight of the peel itself, and on the other it reduces friction with the bread. It should also be noted that iron is a perfect material for an extremely solid peel.
\r\n\r\nThe rods are firmly welded to the structure, making it incredibly impact-resistant. In addition, this type of construction allows the peel to absorb very well the natural deformation caused by the heat of the oven.
\r\n\r\nThe inclined front section facilitates loading bread, and the raised edges of a few centimetres help contain the loaded material, preventing it from falling during handling.
\r\n\r\nThe handle socket is cylindrical with a diameter of 3 cm and a depth of 13 cm, designed to create a solid connection to increase the overall strength of the peel while accommodating its flexibility. At the top of this socket you will find a pre-drilled hole for a locking screw.
