\r\n\r\nStructure made entirely of steel. Inside the handle you will find the movement system, consisting of a wide trigger that is easy to grip: by compressing a spring, it returns to the starting position on its own, making this sifter very easy to use even with one hand.
\r\n\r\nInside the tank, the flour sifting system consists of two rotating blades operated by the trigger and two overlapping meshes with 18 holes per 2.54 cm2, which, thanks to the double passage, produce a well-sifted and uniform output.
