Detachable Pizza Cutting Scissors

Detachable pizza cutting scissors, total dimensions 26x13x3 cm. A very useful tool both in the professional kitchen and at home.

Blades made of stainless steel with wide sharpening, ideal for cutting both Neapolitan and pan pizzas with dough up to a few centimetres thick. Very practical coupling/uncoupling system consisting of a pin with a "T" head that locks and allows movement of the thinner blade. To separate the two parts, simply open the two blades at 90° and pull them apart. This practical solution makes cleaning the tool much easier.

Polypropylene handle with non-slip finish and very wide eyelets for ease of use. Thanks to the grip positioned higher than the blades, you can keep your hands in a raised position to cut pan pizza even close to the edges, and in general avoid coming into contact with the product while cutting.
