Commercial deep fryer 16 liters with drain tap

Countertop deep fryer, 16 litres, available only in the 400 Volt version. Made in Italy with top-level features for the best professional frying.

 

Built entirely in stainless steel with a removable 18/10 stainless steel pressed basin, as well as the entire control and heating element block, to allow easy cleaning. Lid fitted with double filter, grease and activated carbon. Quick and easy to use thanks to the convenient control panel consisting of a cooking temperature adjustment thermostat from 60°C to 190°C, a switch and a double indicator light. Model complete with a convenient drain tap on the front panel of the machine operated by a practical lever.

 

This electric deep fryer is equipped with a cold zone at the bottom where frying residues settle, so they do not burn, keeping the oil clean longer and preventing unpleasant odours. Armoured stainless steel heating elements with low specific surface load, which ensures longer heating element life and better heating of the cooking oil.

It is also equipped with a micro-switch that interrupts the electrical connection when the control panel is not correctly positioned.

 

The working and safety thermostats are of the immersion type.
