The feature that makes this product unique is the X-FLOW technology designed to maximise flow efficiency. This system is based on three specific characteristics of the blender. The first is the blade assembly composed of four large asymmetrical blades to optimise the mixture volume. The second is the jug, featuring ribs designed to improve ingredient mixing. The third characteristic is the lid, specially shaped to push the flow of the preparation downward and thus toward the blades.

3-litre stainless steel jug with soft-touch handle and second grip, easy to handle even when fully loaded. Transparent leak-proof lid with removable cap for adding liquids/ingredients during processing. The jug is attached to the motor block with a special system designed to reduce vibrations, making this blender the quietest on the market.

All-stainless-steel blade directly connected to the powerful 1100 Watt 230 Volt single-phase motor, yet easy to disassemble thanks to the dedicated tool, all designed for more thorough cleaning. The machine has a rotation speed ranging from 500 to 12,600 rpm.

On the control panel you will find a convenient timer with stopwatch and countdown function that will help you standardise production, and a pulse button that will allow you to give short bursts to the machine.

All food-contact parts can be washed in the dishwasher.
