Blast chiller 5 trays GN 1/1 GO series

Commercial blast chiller for 5 trays gn 1/1 GO series by Friulinox that allows blast chilling of both cooked and raw foods. 

External sides, top and door in  AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel Scotch-Brite satin finish with high density polyurethane's insulation (about 42 Kg/m3) without HCFC. Interior fully lined in stainless steel with rounded corners and moulded base with central drain for discharge of washing water. Full height ergonomic handle and magnetic seals on the 4 sides of the door. Self-closing door with block in open position at 100° and possibility to choose the opening side. Inside, you will find 18/10 stainless steel shelf or tray racks encased on the sides of the chamber easily removable for washing. The tray spacing is 6.5 cm.

The cooling system is composed of indirect-flow electric fans, hermetic compressor, evaporators with large exchange surfaces for high cooling efficiency. Manual defrosting device and condensate evaporation systems without use of electrical energy. High capacity liquid/gas heat exchange.

The functions of this outstanding blast chiller are numerous:

The evaporator coil is made of copper-aluminium with cataphoresis coating in non-toxic epoxy resin, while the condenser coil is made of copper with aluminium fins for high thermal efficiency. Flag-opening deflector on hinges for evaporator cleaning. The anti-condensation heater is placed on the frame under the magnetic gasket seal.
