Corrugated perforated aluminium tray for baguettes 30x40 cm, divided into 3 channels 40 cm long and 8 cm wide. Ideal dimensions also for home ovens.

Aluminium guarantees excellent heat transmission and lightness. This material heats up very quickly and consequently transmits heat to the product rapidly and evenly. In addition, the low weight of aluminium combined with the microperforations makes them incredibly easy to handle compared to similar models in LS or steel.

Microperforation is ideal for convection baking, as the convective cycle created inside the oven can pass through the holes and reach the product directly, even in the area in contact with the tray, ensuring better baking throughout.

The "U"-shaped channels maintain the typical shape of the baguette during baking, and the crossbar structure increases rigidity and resistance to heat and weight.

These trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products.

Being made of aluminium, they do not require seasoning and are not damaged by contact with water. They can be washed in the dishwasher, although hot water may create bluish marks on the tray which, while not affecting performance in the slightest, may be aesthetically unpleasant.

As these materials are intended for contact with food products, they must be cleaned after each use and stored in hygienically suitable places.
