Ambrogio Sanelli SUPRA line serrated baker's knife without tip, available in five blade lengths: 24, 28, 32, 36 and 42 cm. The knives in the SUPRA line are designed specifically for professionals in the bakery world. The materials used are sterilizable, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and comply with current regulations on hygiene and food safety.
\r\n\r\nSerrated blade made of NITRO-B special nitrogen steel with semi-gloss finish, final sharpening with laser profile control for maximum cutting precision. Each blade is marked with laser marking.
\r\n\r\nErgonomic SEBS handle with professional non-slip finish and antibacterial additive. The handle guard, i.e. the part where the blade meets the handle, is smooth to increase hygiene.
\r\n\r\nThe knife is dishwasher safe, although for perfect blade maintenance it is advisable to wash it by hand without using harsh detergents.
