Aluminium baking trays 30x40 cm, available with edge heights ranging from 2 to 4 cm. Ideal dimensions also for home ovens.
\r\n\r\nAluminium guarantees excellent heat transmission and lightness. This material heats up very quickly and consequently transmits heat to the product rapidly and evenly. In addition, the low weight makes them very easy to handle, and the construction can use thicker sheet metal than other materials such as aluminised steel or stainless steel.
\r\n\r\nThese trays are tested up to 280°C and are suitable for baking food products.
\r\n\r\nOther important features are the 90° folded edges and hand-welded corners, which provide greater resistance to both thermal deformation and weight.
\r\n\r\nBeing made of aluminium, they do not require seasoning and are not affected by contact with water. They can be washed in the dishwasher, although hot water may cause bluish marks on the tray which, while they do not affect performance in the slightest, may be aesthetically unpleasant.
\r\n\r\nAs these are materials intended for contact with food products, they must be cleaned after each use and stored in hygienically suitable conditions.
