60x40 cm acetate sheet, thickness 90 my, commonly used for unmoulding cakes, tarts and mousses or for shaping chocolate.
\r\n\r\nIt must be laid on the mould before pouring the cake mixture, which once ready will be easy to remove, avoiding unpleasant breakage. The acetate sheet is particularly suited for this use since, unlike tape, it can adapt to various shapes and can be cut and shaped easily without losing its structural characteristics.
