0.5-litre steel siphon, total dimensions 10x8x30(h.) cm. Ideal for both cold and hot preparations, such as whipped cream, mousses, cakes, foams, desserts and sauces, even hot. Also perfect for garnishing cappuccinos, coffee and ice cream.
\r\n\r\nThe body and the cap are made of steel, a metal ideal on the one hand to withstand the pressures generated inside the siphon, up to a maximum of 30 bar, and on the other hand very easy to clean and sanitise. The cartridge holder is made of food-grade plastic with a special knurled finish to facilitate the grip when inserting and tightening the nitrous oxide cartridge. Cap with a special grooved shape for easy grip.
\r\n\r\nSteel dispensing lever with smooth action and very comfortable to use. Two plastic decorating nozzles included in the package.
